Weight Loss and Dieting Tip: Eat More, Lose More

You’ve been fed this weight loss lie all of your life: In order to lose weight, you’ve got to eat less. While it’s true that overeating is a problem for many overweight individuals, in order to lose weight, you’ve got to eat five or six small meals a day.

If you load up on sugar and fatty foods, of course you’ll gain the weight. However, if you add more fiber, fruits and vegetables to your diet, you’ll be able to eat until you’re satisfied and still drop the pounds.

Most thin people don’t deprive themselves of feeling full. They eat what they want when they want, and eat sweets and fats in moderation. You don’t have to give up everything you love to lose the weight. You just have to eat more of the healthy foods and enjoy treats in moderation.
